During a presentation supported by JNPA and Vadhvan films, discussions were held on the evolving global maritime industry, JNPA’s key operations, digitalisation initiatives, and sustainability practices. The interaction also highlighted JNPA’s global connectivity and its strategic vision to strengthen international maritime linkages. The delegation was provided with a guided port visit to experience operations firsthand.

Separately, Hattmannsdorfer called on Union Minister Nitin Gadkari in Delhi. The two leaders held discussions on strengthening India–Austria cooperation in sustainable infrastructure, green mobility, and energy transition. They also explored opportunities for enhanced collaboration in technology exchange to boost bilateral trade and innovation.

India and Austria have identified priority areas such as green and digital technologies, infrastructure, renewable energy, electric mobility, and transportation start-ups to enhance their economic relationship.
