Enersider One-Year Subscription - Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all one-year subscription plans offered by Enersider, which include access to digital and print magazines, an Annual Business Conclave (ABC) Networking Pass, and a complimentary nomination for the Future Energy Leaders Award Show (FELAS).
- Monthly delivery of print and digital magazine issues
- One (1) Networking Pass to the Annual Business Conclave (ABC)
- One (1) complimentary nomination for the Future Energy Leaders Award Show (FELAS)
Subscribers may request cancellation of their subscription only before:
- Receiving six (6) magazine issues (digital and/or print), or
- Attending or availing access to the Annual Business Conclave (ABC), whichever occurs earlier.
No cancellation requests will be accepted once:
- Six (6) issues have been delivered, or the subscriber has attended or been granted access to the ABC event.
Upon crossing either of the above thresholds, the subscription will be considered fully consumed as a one-year subscription, and no partial-period cancellation will be permitted.
- Administrative or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
- If the FELAS nomination has already been submitted or processed, its value will be deducted from any eligible refund.
- If the ABC Networking Pass has been issued or used, no refund will be applicable.
If a cancellation request is approved the following conditions apply:
No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- After six (6) issues have been delivered
- After participation in or access to the Annual Business Conclave (ABC)
- For failure to attend ABC after pass issuance
- For unused portions of the subscription after the cancellation eligibility period
- For delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the subscriber
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
Enersider reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via official channels and will apply to subscriptions purchased after the updated policy is published.
