JAKSON Engineers appoints global energy leader Alexey Ustinov as Independent Director

JAKSON Engineers Ltd (JEL), a part of JAKSON Group, on Monday announced the appointment of Alexey Ustinov to its Board as an Independent Director.

Ustinov brings more than three decades of international leadership experience in sustainable energy systems, electrification, industrial engineering and business transformation, a company statement said.

Ustinov has held senior leadership roles with leading global energy and engineering organisations, including Siemens Energy and Cummins.

His career spans energy systems, power generation, industrial markets and global commercial operations, with experience in strategy, business growth and P&L leadership across diverse international geographies.

Sameer Gupta, Chairman, JAKSON Group, said, “His global experience across sustainable energy systems, electrification and business transformation will bring valuable perspective to our growth journey.”

Ustinov said that JAKSON’s commitment to sustainable engineering, innovation and long-term value creation strongly resonates with his professional journey.

Established in 1947, JAKSON Group has evolved from specialising in diesel generator manufacturing to becoming a multi-faceted energy and infra solutions provider.
