ACME Solar Holdings Ltd ((ACME Solar) said its subsidiary, ACME Renewtech Sixth Pvt Ltd, has signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the state-owned Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for 300 MW/1,200 MWh of ISTS-connected assured peak power capacity.

This FDRE project will be connected to ISTS substations and will utilise ACME Solar’s existing night-time connectivity at high irradiation zones.

Under the PPA, ACME Solar will supply 4 hours of assured peak power only during non-solar hours with a minimum annual availability requirement of 85 per cent.

The project was awarded to ACME Solar under SECI’s FDRE Tranche-VII tender, pursuant to the Letter of Award (LOA) dated February 10, 2026.

The tender was issued under Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) guidelines, with the e-reverse auction conducted on February 02.

With this, out of the total contracted portfolio of 8,070 MW, PPA-signed portfolio stands at 6,570 MW.

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd is a leading integrated renewable energy player with a diversified portfolio of spanning solar, wind, storage, FDRE and hybrid solutions.

Earlier this year, ACME Solar also secured a 301/1,204 megawatt hour firm and dispatchable renewable energy project from state-owned SECI. A Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project integrates advanced solar, wind and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to enable reliable energy dispatch during peak demand.

In a statement, ACME Solar Holdings (ACME Solar) announced it has secured a 301 MW/1,204 MWh megawatt hour assured peak supply SECI FDRE-VII project in an e-reverse auction conducted on Thursday (February 5, 2026). The bid requires supply of 4 MWh per MW of contracted capacity for any four hours each day only during the non solar hours, while ensuring availability of 70 per cent on monthly and 85 per cent on annual basis. The formal Letter of Award is expected to be signed soon with SECI.
