Saatvik Green Energy Receives New Solar Module Orders

Saatvik Green Energy Limited today announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has received and accepted orders aggregating to ₹10.15 crores for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules from an Independent Power producer/EPC player. The orders will be executed by February 2026.

This latest order adds to Saatvik Green Energy’s momentum in recent months. The company has marked several significant developments, including its material subsidiary Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited securing a ₹13.80 crore solar PV module supply order from a renowned IPP/EPC player, to be executed by February 2026.

Additionally, its subsidiary Saatvik Cleantech EPC Private Limited won a ₹20.84 crore turnkey solar EPC order, a ₹486 crore solar module order from an IPP/EPC player, and secured solar pump orders aggregating approximately ₹30.24 crore from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co Ltd. (MSEDCL) under the PM-KUSUM scheme.

On the manufacturing front, Saatvik commissioned a 2 GW in-house EPE film manufacturing facility, thereby aligning with the Make in India initiative.

Commenting on the development, CEO, Saatvik Green Energy Limited, Prashant Mathur said, “These orders underscore the sustained demand for high-quality, reliable solar modules and reaffirm the trust customers place in Saatvik’s manufacturing capabilities.” 

He further added, “As India accelerates its clean energy transition, we remain focused on delivering efficient, future-ready solar solutions while strengthening domestic manufacturing under the Make in India vision.”

Founded in 2015, Saatvik Green Energy Limited is an Indian renewable energy company offering end-to-end solar solutions across manufacturing and deployment. 

The company serves utility-scale, commercial, residential, and agricultural segments, supporting India’s transition towards a sustainable and energy-secure future. The Company operates a 4.8 GW module manufacturing facility in Ambala, Haryana. 

Saatvik is also developing a greenfield integrated facility in Odisha with 4 GW module and 4.8 GW solar cell manufacturing capacity, positioning the company as a multi-location, vertically integrated player at the core of India’s renewable energy build-out.
